Information about the laminating machine

Laminating signifies bringing together several webs and joining them together thermally or by "bonding". The precise joining of two or more webs significantly reduces the waste and therefore provides massive potential for savings. In the laminating process, highly elastic webs are very often combined with webs with little elasticity. If, in subsequent use (e.g. in the automotive sector), the end products are subjected to high temperatures (direct sunlight), then quality problems can be prevented by means of a reproducible production process with optimized web tension.

As part of our machine range, we can also offer program-controlled systems with unwinders and rewinders with web tension-controlled roller accumulators. When changing products, the system is prepared automatically with all the process parameters for the next production start without losing any time.
