Control loop
Each control automation is based on a simple control loop. Even complicated tasks may be reduced to such a control loop.
Fabric tension
Starting point is the actual tension in the rotating wire or felt.
Tension sensor
The fabric tension sensor constantly and precisely acquires the tension in the wire or felt.
Fabric tension controller
The controller compares the actual tension value with the set value and sends an appropriate correction signal to the actuator.
Actuators
The actuator positions the stretch roll thereby correcting the tension in the fabric.
