System software and operation

The system software serves two separate areas. There is camera software for defect detection and classification and PC software for system operation and data archives.

Defect detection and defect classification are handled within the camera itself. System performance is always high and is independent from the number of cameras.

E+L Database Details

Operation and archives

Industrial PC with LINUX operating system configured as server, with SQL data base. The PC user interface is based on Java Applet and may be installed on any Windows PC. Each PC in the network has access to the inspection data.
