Block type load sensors

Block load sensors are used if the measuring roller, due to spare parts stocking, must feature the same dimensions as a machine guide roller.

Function Block type load sensors

Block load sensors consist of a base plate and a pivoted mounting plate for the pedestal bearing. The forces caused by the web act as moment on the pivot point thereby generating a measuring force onto the load sensor.
