Position controller

Position controllers compare the actual value of the fabric position with the defined target position and send an appropriate correction signal to the actuator.

Control structure of the belt position controller

The cascaded control structure includes the position controller for the fabric position and another position controller for the pneumatic actuator. The actual position is compared with the targt position. A three-postion controller with an optimizing algorithm to reduce the positioning movement activates the magnetic valve.
