CorrAligner

According to experience, the use of mechanical edge guides causes damage to the web edges and web breaks, especially during width changes.  The CorrAligner system guides the webs without mechanical contact to the edge through usage of Non-Crash-Rolls and so avoids web breaks with cost-intensive downtimes.

CorrGuide

The CorrGuide system ensures the guided infeed of all webs into the double backer.  This happens through an active guidance of the outer liner into the pre-heater.  The precise web guiding allows, in many cases, the reduction of the paper width of the outer liner.

CorrTrac

The CorrTrac system is used to reduce the trim to an absolute minimum.  The high precise web guiding system provides exact lamination of the single webs with the outer liner.  Furthermore, the CorrTrac system contains an integrated web tensino control system.

CorruMatic

With the EL CorruMatic, Erhardt + Leimer Corrugated offers an automation network, which can be adapted to the specific requirements of the respective corrugated board production by its modular product design.  Consequently, an extension of the EL CorruMatic system is possible according to the increasing market demands.

ELCORR

For an optimum flatness of the sheets, a constant distribution of temperature and moisture over the whole web width is necessary.  The ELCORR Compensating rollers provide a homogeneous heat transfer at all pre-heaters and a uniform glue application at the glue units.  Through this, a constantly high-quality of corrugated board is guaranteed.

EL-SPLIT-WEB

The EL-Split-Web web guiding system allows the use of small paper webs at the corrugated board production by merging two narrow webs to a wide web.  Two integrated control systems provide the guiding of both webs independently of each other.  The EL-Split-Web can be used for the outer liner, as well as for the medium web and liner at the single faced groups.

ELTRAC

The ELTRAC system provides an exact guiding of the flute and liner into the Single Facer.  By guiding the webs to each other, an optimal lamination is achieved, which allows the best possible utilization of the paper width.

TensionMaster

Constant quality of the corrugated sheets is impossible without constant web tension.  The TensionMaster system measures the web tension at the runout of the bridge, compares the results with the desired values, and readjusts the web tensions automatically and coninuously.  This makes the premise for a constant heat transfer on the single webs in the pre-heaters.
