Tape Aligner

The customer demands accurate positioning of the tear tapes and reinforcing tapes inside the corrugated box.  In combination with the TrimMaster system, the tapes are applied in the correct position on the board through the TapeAligner system - an important competitive advantage in the packaging industry.

TrimMaster

In lots of cases, the E+L TrimMaster allows a reduction of the edge trim to a minimum.  Pre-print webs need exact guiding of the slitter scorer in relation to the printed images.  The TrimMaster system scans the web with high resolution CCD cameras and ensures the required precision of alignment.
